 Meloys online store, is constantly striving to serve our customers the best quality service, orders are shipped with USPS to United States only.  we do not ship out of USA.

Shipping:

Costs vary depending on weight, size, and destination. Make sure your shipping address is correct before finishing your order.

Errors will cause the package to be shipped to the wrong location. Unless there is a problem with the order, all orders will be processed and shipped out at a minimum of two business days. Normal shipping pickup is Monday through Friday excluding holidays. All orders received before 1PM, will be processed within the same day, unless there are lots of pending orders ahead, at which point the order may be delayed or shipped out the next day.

Returns:

All sales are final. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please return the item within 5 business days of the delivered date. Unless the return is for but not limited to, defective, broken, or wrong items shipped. Weekend orders will be shipped out on next business day.

Please note:

For a return to be accepted items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging and all accessories.

Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact. You may cancel your order as long as your order is still in process. Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel your order.

Check your order over before you place them, Please have all items in the original packaging and provide copy of the invoice indicating which item being returned, indicate the reason(s) for return

Note that shipping fee will not be credited for return items (including free shipping). Should you decide to refuse the package because of the extra taxes, or any other reason, we will regrettably deny any requests for refund.
